Promoting Sharia law in America is antithetical to the U.S. Constitution – Mar 27, 2019

Sharia adherent communities in Minnesota are on full display, aiding foreign terrorist organizations around the world. And their Congresswoman might be endorsing the hot bed of Somali Muslim radicalization in the area by her actions.

Recently, Fox News reported—according to FBI statistics—that the 5th Congressional District of Minnesota is “the terrorist recruitment capitol of the U.S.” David Bores, co-founder of Sharia Crime Stoppers, is not surprised. He tells Worldview Weekend the Minneapolis-St. Paul area is home to nearly 100,000 Somalis, “the largest concentration of Somalis outside of Mogadishu in the entire world.”

The potential for the radicalization of Muslims in Minnesota is somewhat predictable when many refugees are instructed not to assimilate, Bores states. Many of them have been moved into the midwestern state to live together in isolated enclaves.

One such example of distancing themselves from American society noted by the former Army Lieutenant Colonel and law enforcement officer is a security fence which surrounds an enclave, “further isolating Muslims from the adjoining areas.” Bores says the local government actually approved thousands of dollars to separate a Somali Muslim haven from the local community in an effort to “keep them being taken advantage of by outsiders.”

“Although these are not considered no-go zones…yet,” Bores is certain “law enforcement knows the limits of how far they can go and to what extent they can and can’t do in an area like that.” Essentially, he believes “sharia law is dominant” and “if [an outsider] pushes to hard, there would be concern for social unrest.”

Inside such a sharia-adherent community that prevents itself from becoming integrated into American culture, he expects there would be “second and third generation Muslims who are very ripe for radicalization.”

He further points out that virtually all the Muslims radicalized in the U.S. since 9/11 have been second and third generation Muslims. There will always be threats stemming from new converts, but “second and third generation Muslims are the ones that are having the identity crisis and are faced with Muslim guilt” for not being a good Muslim.

Bores explains that some of them “have dabbed in Westernization and have done some things that are contrary to sharia law—and sooner or later, guilt kicks in.” Committing an act of jihad is a way to atone for their sins.

The previously mentioned Fox News report states “45 Somalis left to join the ranks of either the Somalia-based Islamic insurgency al-Shabab, or the Iraq- and Syria-based ISIS combined. And as of 2018, a dozen more had been arrested with the intention of leaving to support ISIS.”

Although dozens from the area have joined or have made attempts to join foreign terrorist organizations, Bores remains surprised the numbers of radicalized are not higher than reported.

From the security of their enclaves, he believes some of the Somali Muslims simply “haven’t done anything overt…yet.” Their closed communities are “a breeding ground for radicalization. There’s no question about it.”

Interestingly, Ilhan Omar (D-MN)—a Somali-American—became U.S. Representative of the congressional district in 2019. The hijab-wearing congresswoman has continued to riddle headlines with quite a number antisemitic statements in recent months.

According to Bores, even Omar is being “lukewarm compliant to sharia law.” Recently, Judge Jeanine Pirro was reprimanded—and possibly suspended—by Fox News for asking the question: “Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?”

Bores says Pirro draws her inquiry from the verse in the Qur’an that says women must be completely covered from head to toe. This, he says, makes a woman easily recognizable as being obedient to sharia, visibly displaying “they’re not in a state of rebellion, they know what the rules are, and they are following the rules.”

“Omar is part of the deception and so are so many other women who are wearing just the hijab or the head covering,” he states. “That’s part of the larger plan—to make all of us think it’s not all that bad, a little head covering to signify that someone is a devoutly religious person.” However, Bores, attests the hijab worn by Omar is “in fact, a true display of the subjugation of women that it represents.”

Bores confirms sharia law it is antithetical to the U.S. Constitution, and the hijab-wearing Congresswoman is promoting Muslim Americans to make “a further turn to sharia as their rule of law.”
