Pirro: Barrett has ‘mettle’ to withstand what is coming – Sep 29, 2020

A well-known legal expert warns America’s freedoms are at stake on Election Day and the Left’s outrage over a qualified Supreme Court nominee is just the latest example.

In an exclusive interview with OneNewsNow, Judge Jeanine Pirro proposes two potential paths for America.

“[The country is] either going to continue as one of the most prosperous nations in the world,” she predicts, “or [it’s] going to end up being a nation of socialists, disrupted by all kinds of anarchy and chaos.”

Pirro, 69, is a former New York judge and prosecutor who is known nationally for her “Justice with Judge Jeanine” program that airs on Fox News.

While those on the left vie for socialism, Pirro says most Americans desire to hold onto freedom and a capitalist system. What is more, the Fox News host contends, America is based on the Judeo-Christian ethics of our Founding Fathers, and again, she argues this what the heart of America wants.

Unfortunately, Pirro warns the upcoming election will bring an increased level of “chaos and evil” from the Left, and she says the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett will create a “real war” based on religion.

“[No one knows] what these people are willing to do in this country,” she tells OneNewsNow.

Barrett, Pirro says, is a well-qualified candidate for the U.S. Supreme Court, who has the “mettle” to withstand what the Left is about to do to her in their desperate attempt to hold onto power.

While the legal analyst describes the Left as being “all about abortion,” she also says there is an attempt under way to turn the nation’s highest court into “nothing more than another legislative branch,” which will be used to pass laws that Congress is unable to pass.

Regarding the looming fight against religion, Pirro argues that Article VI makes it clear there is not a “religious test” for public office yet that is what Democrats are openly doing.

“It’s going to center around abortion and Barrett’s religion,” Pirro warns, “and it’s going to be ugly.”

If they’re ‘triggered,’ too bad

Regarding the upcoming presidential election, the Fox News host is adamant that the left is willing to steal the country’s freedoms in order to gain power. She describes Joe Biden as “a Trojan horse for the socialists” and his running mate, Kamala Harris, as “the most leftist senator in the United States Senate.” Conservatives, she exclaims, need to stand up and be counted.

“[America] is a Christian nation [and] a nation that believes in law and order – not one that can be subject to the chaos of the left-wing mob,” she emphasizes.

The judge says she plans to continue to speak out on issues close to her heart, including the First Amendment – even if others are “triggered” by her comments.

“[Some] may not think my words are politically correct and try to shut me down, but until [the U.S.] doesn’t have a First Amendment, you’re not going to shut me up,” she declares.

In that vein, Pirro withholds nothing when asked about her preference come November 3: “… If you love the land of the free, the home of the brave, the ability to provide for your family; and if you believe the purpose of the government is to protect your family, you must vote for Donald Trump. What this country needs is a resounding win for Donald Trump.”

Editor’s note: Judge Pirro’s new book is “Don’t Lie to Me: And Stop Trying to Steal Our Freedom.”
